Makeup of the Commission
The Commission is comprised of 20 members, ten of whom are elected commoners and ten appointed representatives of various bodies with an interest in the governance of the common.
Elections for commoner places occur every two years. Any registered commoner can stand, and each property with registered common rights is entitled to cast one vote. West Berkshire Council (WBC) administers the voting procedure.
