A few days before each month's task, an e-mail goes out to the current volunteers. It details the work, the start time and, crucially, the meeting place. This is sometimes the Rangers' workshop, sometimes one of the car parks or an informal parking area near the work site. If it's at all difficult to find, the e-mail includes directions or a map.
